Traylor Industrial completed the process cyclone replacement and whizer removal and reinstallation at BYK’s plant in Gonzales, Texas. This upgrade included new discharge chutes on both pieces of equipment including field installation of flanges and seals. Our team completed this project during one of the plant’s yearly outages and served a critical path for allowing the plant to maintain production safely and efficiently.
BYK’s Gonzales site is their largest production facility providing over 70 different clay-based additives in select markets such as paints and coatings, plastics, printing inks, feed additives, and energy.
